•  Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

• Shipping Locations: We ship across all cities in India, ensuring that our Jiva Pearled Candles reach you no matter where you are located.

• Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1499. For orders below ₹1499, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We carefully curate and inspect each item to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you.

• Exchanges: We only offer exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at jivacandle@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item after reviewing the issue.

• Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please email us  at jivacandle@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
