Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, which is confirmed only when we dispatch your items.
Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, and offers without notice.
Payment: Payments can be made securely via UPI, credit cards, and debit cards. Your payment information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges only if the product was damaged during shipping. To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately after delivery at jivacandle@gmail.com, providing details and photographs of the damaged product.
Refunds: We do not accept refund requests.
